Refund Policy
Brandelle Digital Marketing LLC values client satisfaction and aims to deliver high-quality marketing services. However, due to the nature of our business, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, SEO, content creation, Google Ads management, and website management, are non-refundable once the service period has started.

This applies to both monthly retainers and one-time project fees.
2. Advance Payments & Deposits

Any advance payments or deposits made prior to project commencement are non-refundable if the client cancels after work has begun.

If the client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be issued minus 20% administrative charges.
3. Google Ads & Third-Party Budgets

Budgets allocated for Google Ads or any third-party platforms are non-refundable as these amounts are paid directly to the respective platforms.
4. Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be provided in cases where delays or unsatisfactory results are caused by incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate information from the client.
5. Service Disputes

Any service-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.

Brandelle Digital Marketing LLC will make reasonable efforts to address issues; however, refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once agreed deliverables are completed.
6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, etc.).
