Refund Policy

Brandelle Digital Marketing LLC values client satisfaction and aims to deliver high-quality marketing services. However, due to the nature of our business, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • All payments made for digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, SEO, content creation, Google Ads management, and website management, are non-refundable once the service period has started.

  • This applies to both monthly retainers and one-time project fees.

2. Advance Payments & Deposits

  • Any advance payments or deposits made prior to project commencement are non-refundable if the client cancels after work has begun.

  • If the client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be issued minus 20% administrative charges.

3. Google Ads & Third-Party Budgets

  • Budgets allocated for Google Ads or any third-party platforms are non-refundable as these amounts are paid directly to the respective platforms.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Refunds will not be provided in cases where delays or unsatisfactory results are caused by incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate information from the client.

5. Service Disputes

  • Any service-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.

  • Brandelle Digital Marketing LLC will make reasonable efforts to address issues; however, refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once agreed deliverables are completed.

6. Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be issued for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, etc.).
